Contract offer
Between the legal entity “First College of Lawyers”, hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”, on the one hand, and the person accessing the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, on the other hand, this Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as ” Agreement”).
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Provider provides the User with access to an information resource – the “First College of Lawyers” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), and also provides the services described on the Site.
1.2. The User accepts the terms of this Agreement by using the Site and its services.
2. Terms of use
2.1. The User undertakes to use the Site and its services in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international law.
2.2. The User undertakes not to use the Site and its services to post information that violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
2.3. The Supplier reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the User.
3. Responsibility of the parties
3.1. The Provider is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Site and its services.
3.2. The User is responsible for any information posted by him on the Site, as well as for violation of the terms of this Agreement.
4. Final provisions
4.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User begins using the Site and its services and is valid until the termination of use.
4.2. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

6. Other
6.1. All other conditions not regulated by this Agreement are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
